Stewed seasonal fruits (rhubarb/strawberries)
Assorted dry cereals (Cornflakes, Weetabix, Fruit & Fibre, Muesli, etc).
Low fat yoghurts, natural or fruit flavored
Organic Irish Porridge (hot oatmeal) served with baileys or cream and brown sugar.
The full Irish -2 Bacon, 2 pork sausages (both sourced locally), mushrooms, black & white puddings from Colleran Butchers in Galway, free range eggs, tomato & baked beans (if requested)
Poached Eggs on toast with bacon and tomato.
Scrambled eggs with melted cheddar and bacon.
Irish Organic Smoked Salmon & scrambled eggs with fresh herbs.
Glendine's Vegetarian Omelette (tomato, mushroom, onion, red pepper, herbs and covered over with Wexford cheddar cheese).
Smoked Salmon Omelette
French Toast or Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup
